"Purchase of my Vespa, Great ! First service, on time with appt. made early, service person took his time and seemed to really give a shit, unlike a previous service job I had done at another place.
Service mgr. running around like a chicken with no head keeping everything moving.
Now -> If Vespa people had got off their butt and had the parts that were ordered almost 2 months ago, that Eric really checked them out and got back to me about "the problem" thanks for calling Eric, shows you too give a poop !!!!! I'll be Back...."
